Ripple launches $250m fund for NFT creators

Fintech company Ripple has launched a $250 million fund for digital artists and developers in the non-exchangeable token (NFT) segment. It was announced by Decrypt.

Ripple's Creative Fund will provide funding and technical support to members of the NFT sector.

The company is in talks to collaborate with non-interchangeable token marketplaces and creative agencies.

In July, Ripple backed NFT platform Mintable in a $13 million Series A funding round.


As a reminder, according to media reports, the US National Football League and startup Dapper Labs are planning to launch an NFT marketplace.
